User Agreement of Tenet

1. General Provisions

1.1. This User Agreement (hereinafter — the “Agreement”) governs the terms and conditions for accessing and using the services and digital products provided by Tenet, including the purchase, delivery, and management of gaming accounts for the European region.

1.2. By accessing the Company’s website, creating an account, or purchasing any products or services, the User confirms that they have read, understood, and fully agree to comply with this Agreement.

1.3. If the User does not agree with any provisions of this Agreement, they must immediately cease using the Website and refrain from purchasing any services provided by Tenet.

2. Definitions

Company (Tenet) — a legal entity providing digital products and services related to gaming accounts within Europe.
User — any individual accessing or using the Website or purchasing digital products from the Company.
Website — any online platform, domain, or subdomain operated by Tenet.
Services — digital products, including gaming accounts, in-game access, and related supplementary services.
Personal Data — any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, processed in accordance with GDPR.

3. Scope of Services

3.1. Tenet provides Users with access to gaming accounts and related digital products that comply with European gaming platforms and applicable regulatory requirements.

3.2. The Company does not modify, hack, or manipulate any game software and provides only lawful digital products obtained through legal means.

3.3. The User acknowledges that the use of gaming accounts may be governed by the rules of third-party platforms (game publishers, marketplace policies, etc.) and accepts all risks associated with such use.

3.4. After the purchase is completed, no refunds of funds and no returns of the purchased account are provided, regardless of the reason, including the User’s subjective dissatisfaction with the product.

3.5. If the purchased account does not meet the User’s expectations or is unsatisfactory for subjective reasons, the Company may offer an account replacement for an additional fee. The amount and conditions of such additional payment are determined by the Company on an individual basis.

3.6. If the User encounters technical issues when attempting to access the account for the first time (including inability to log in, incorrect login credentials, or similar issues), the User must immediately contact the support manager via the support chat. Upon confirmation of the issue, the Company will provide a replacement account.

3.7. The Company shall not be liable for any issues with the account if the User fails to contact customer support in a timely manner or violates the instructions for using the account.

3.8. The Website provides a 2-day guarantee from the moment the account is transferred to the User. If problems arise with the account during the warranty period through no fault of the User, the Company undertakes to replace the account or refund the money. The warranty does not apply in cases of violation of instructions by the User, transfer of the account to third parties, or violation of the rules of gaming platforms.

3.9. All gaming accounts provided by the Company remain the property of Tenet or its lawful partners. The User does not acquire ownership rights to the account.

3.10. By purchasing an account, the User is granted a non-exclusive, limited, and revocable right of access and use of the account strictly in accordance with this Agreement and the rules of the relevant gaming platform.

3.11. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the account without compensation if:

  • the User violates this Agreement;

  • the User breaches the rules of third-party gaming platforms;

  • fraudulent activity, resale, transfer of the account to third parties, or misuse is detected.

3.12. Access to the account may also be terminated due to actions or restrictions imposed by third-party game publishers or platforms. In such cases, the Company shall not be liable for loss of access beyond the guarantees expressly stated in this Agreement.

3.13. The term of the service is defined as the period during which the User is granted access to the account, subject to compliance with this Agreement and third-party platform rules. The service is considered fulfilled once access to the account is successfully provided to the User.

4. User Obligations

4.1. The User agrees:

  • to provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration or purchase;

  • to comply with all applicable laws, including European digital commerce and data protection regulations;

  • not to engage in fraud, unauthorized account access, or other illegal activities;

  • not to misuse or distribute the Company’s digital products in ways prohibited by third-party game publishers.

4.2. The User bears full responsibility for compliance with the rules of the relevant game platforms after the purchase.

5. Payment and Delivery

5.1. All payments are processed through secure payment systems. The Company does not store or process Users' payment card details.

5.2. The delivery of digital products (gaming accounts) is carried out electronically to the email or platform chosen by the User.

5.3. Due to the digital nature of the product, all sales are considered final unless exceptions are required by applicable law.

6. Warranty and Liability

6.1. Tenet guarantees that all provided gaming accounts are valid, functional, and accessible at the moment of delivery.

6.2. The Company is not responsible for:

  • actions taken by third-party game publishers;

  • restrictions or bans imposed by game platforms after account transfer;

  • improper or unsafe use of the account by the User.

6.3. The Company is liable only within the limits established by EU consumer protection law.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1. All Website content, branding, design, text, and digital materials are the intellectual property of Tenet and are protected by EU copyright law.

7.2. Any unauthorized copying, distribution, or use of Tenet’s materials is prohibited.

8. Termination of Access

8.1. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate the User’s access to the Website in case of:

  • violation of this Agreement;

  • fraudulent behavior;

  • abuse of the Company’s services.

8.2. The User may stop using the Website at any time. Termination does not exempt the User from obligations incurred prior to termination.

9. Personal Data Processing

9.1. Personal data is processed strictly in accordance with the Company’s Privacy Policy and applicable EU laws, including GDPR.

9.2. By using the Website, the User consents to the processing of their personal data necessary for service provision.

10. Cookies

10.1. The Website uses cookies to ensure optimal functionality, enhance user experience, and conduct analytics.

10.2. The User may manage, restrict, or disable cookies in their browser settings.

11. Dispute Resolution

12.1. The Company reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time. Updated versions shall be published on the Website and become effective upon publication.

12.2. Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.
